The Hunting Lodge Details

Your hog hunting package includes lodging in our lodge that can accommodate up to 8 hunters with room to spare and has a full kitchen and outdoor grilling area. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who want to cook on their own, or there are many restaurants to choose from in nearby Sweetwater or Abilene.

In the evening, you can relax on the covered porch and watch the colorful West Texas sunset. To wrap up the day, hunters can enjoy each other's company around our nightly campfire and tell a few hunting stories.

Cooking at the Hunting Lodge

For hunters who want to do their own cooking at the lodge, we have a full kitchen with everything needed to prepare delicious meals. Although you are responsible for bringing a good cook! The ranch provides the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils necessary for cooking meals.

The BBQ

Texas is all about BBQ and we have a very nice area with large, well-maintained grills. The grilling area is a great place to hang out by the fire pit and tell stories of the day's hog hunt.

Are there any trophy fees or hidden charges on your hog hunts?

THERE ARE NO TROPHY FEES - NO HIDDEN CHARGES AT THE END OF THE HUNT - AND NO GIMMICKY DISCOUNTS.

How many acres do you have on the ranch?

The ranch currently holds 625 acres of thick cedar and mesquite brush to hunt hog and rams. The primary areas where we hunt for hogs have some elevation. Our properties are not contiguous, so we don’t have to pressure the animals.

What is the closest airport to your ranch?

Abilene airport is just 30 miles away from the ranch. We provide airport pick-up and drop-off for $100 a person.

What kind of weather can I expect while hunting at your ranch?

This is Texas! It changes from day to day…some days from minute to minute… so check the forecast on our link on the homepage.
